Where I can find a nice shoe with a narrow heel and wide toe box?

I have trouble buying shoes and dress shoes casual. Even hiking boots are problematic. My heels are very narrow, so you walk right out the most shoes, even if I go for a size complete. We also need some width in the toe area, because my feet cramp and blister, if my fingers do not have room to move. The only dress shoes I found comfortable Easy Spirit were lazy, but I think they are ugly. I like my Tevas, but the smell a few days. Any good brands or stores I should try? my doctor says I'll be able to walk afer bunion surgery in a special shoe …. I have to go back to school five days after surgery and the doc said I did not need crutches or anything but I am hinking that because I have to walk aound a lot in school can be painful. I am seriously unable to use crutches around my school because of all the people. i have the option to borrow a wheelchair from a friend. Do you think you should do that for a couple of days or just walking on foot like I should be able to say that nobody said they can walk on it, but little of their pain? What did you do? What would you recommend I do?
